On January 10, 2022, Vertiseit AB (publ) announced a public offer to the shareholders of MultiQ International AB (publ) (“MultiQ”) to acquire all shares in MultiQ for three mutually exclusive consideration alternatives (the “Offer”). Since then, Vertiseit has acquired a total of 31,248,169 shares, corresponding to approximately 25.35 percent of the shares and votes in MultiQ.

Nu implementeras koncernstrukturen där Vertiseit AB blir ett renodlat holdingbolag samtidigt som dess operativa verksamhet integreras med Grassfish. Tillsammans utgör Grassfish och Dise koncernens marknadsvarumärken och drivs som separata dotterbolag.
Vertiseit implements new group structure and brand platform to facilitate international growth
In October 2021, Vertiseit AB (publ) presented a new group structure and an updated strategy for international growth, with the long-term goal to become the global number one platform company within Digital In-store. The structure is now being implemented, where Vertiseit AB is a pure holding company while its operating activities are integrated with Grassfish. Together, Grassfish and Dise represent the market brands of the new Vertiseit group operated as separate subsidiaries.

Vertiseit AB (publ) (”Vertiseit”) offentliggjorde den 10 januari 2022 ett offentligt uppköpserbjudande till aktieägarna i MultiQ International AB (publ) (”MultiQ”) att förvärva samtliga aktier i MultiQ för tre ömsesidigt uteslutande vederlagsalternativ (”Erbjudandet”). Sedan dess har Vertiseit förvärvat totalt 24 819 034 aktier, motsvarande cirka 20,13 procent av utestående aktier och röster i MultiQ.

Since then, Vertiseit has acquired a total of 18,522,893 shares, corresponding to approximately 15.03 percent of the shares and votes in MultiQ.
