Business model
Vertiseit's business model is built around in-house developed solutions, primarily for customers in the trade and service sector. The company's revenues are generated via operating revenues per installed system via licenses and services (SaaS), consulting services through concept development and strategy (Agency), and via sales of hardware and installation (Systems).
SaaS
Overriding in Vertiseit's strategy is growth in recurring income (SaaS). The recurring income is generated from licensing the Company's software platform, monitoring, maintenance, and support. An increase in recurring revenues enables stable, predictable revenue streams that grow in line with customers' use of the systems. The company's operations are based on long-term value creation for customers. This is the prerequisite for long-term customer relationships with stable revenue development as a result.
The subsidiary Dise's income consists mainly of recurring income. The business model is built around the in-house developed software platform, and the revenue is generated from licensing of the platform. Dise has resellers in over 30 countries that sell the software platform to end customers.
Agency
Vertiseit's business area Agency enables long-term customer satisfaction through designs, management, and further development of customers' solutions. Revenue from Agency is generated from individual orders, projects, and ongoing development. The services include everything from strategy, concepts, project management, content, design, development, and system integration. Based on the above, Vertiseit also designs customized service commitments.
Systems
Within the Systems business area, Vertiseit offers infrastructure and technology to the Company's customers, including displays, media players, and other technical equipment and configuration. The company takes overall responsibility for customers' Asset Management. This includes all activities from feasibility study and installation to documentation, maintenance, and replacement.
